it will play following on each quarter hour.
At 15 minutes after the hour: Plays 4 notes (1/4)
At 30 minutes after the hour: Plays 8 notes (2/4)
At 45 minutes after the hour: Plays 12 notes (3/4)
At the top of the hour, it will Play 16 notes (4/4) and then it counts out the hour
