receipt. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and documentation intact.
Returned or refused shipments are subject to a 5% restock fee. Shipping cartons must be clearly
identified with an RMA number, which may be obtained by calling 800-887-3445 during normal business hours.
Warranty
Everything we offer in our store or online, comes with a
factory warranty of at least 1 year and as long as 3 years
on some clocks. If you should have a problem with a clock
we want you to call us. Sometimes problems can be corrected
over the phone. If there is a defect with your clock, the factory will either
replace or repair it free of any charges during the warranty period.
After the warranty is over, if you should have a problem, we would still
like for you to contact us. Let us know what kind of problem you are having.
Often the problem has a very simple solution. A good clock should last for
generations and we want you to receive the maximum enjoyment and use of your clock.

The Conger Street Clock Tower
The Conger Street Clock Tower
This clock tower mechanism was built about 1780 and the
pendulum is 13 feet long. It takes almost 4 seconds
for the pendulum to complete one cycle.
This old clock tower is just one of the many time related
items on display in the Clock Museum on Conger Street.
